Changing or cancelling a booking

You can change the time or cancel a booking by calling or WhatsApping us on +91 95668 00789 with your booking ID. Please tell us as early as you can so we can reassign the driver.

If a driver is already on the way

If a driver is already on the way to your pickup when you cancel, we may ask you to cover the actual distance driven.

Payment

No advance payment is taken. You pay the driver, in cash or UPI, when you reach your drop.

Pressing Check fare

Pressing Check fare on our website is an enquiry. A booking is confirmed when you press Confirm booking and we contact you by phone or WhatsApp with the driver and car details.
