Using these terms
By booking a taxi with Ridhu Cabs through our website, by phone or on WhatsApp, you agree to these terms. Please read them with our tariff and privacy policy.
Enquiries and bookings
Pressing Check fare on our website is an enquiry. A booking is confirmed when you press Confirm booking and we contact you by phone or WhatsApp with the driver and car details. Please give accurate pickup, drop, date, time and contact details; we are not responsible for a missed trip caused by incorrect information.
Fares
- Fares are estimates based on road distance and the per-km rate of the car you choose, as published on our tariff page.
- One way trips are billed on a minimum of 130 km, round trips on 250 km (counting both ways) and airport rides on 30 km.
- Driver bata is added once on a one way trip and for every day of a round trip.
- Toll gates, parking, state permit charges and hill charges are paid at the actual amount where they apply.
- Kilometres driven beyond the planned trip, including extra stops and detours you ask for, are charged at the same per-km rate.
- The final fare may differ slightly from the estimate if the actual route or distance differs.
Payment
No advance payment is taken. You pay the driver, in cash or UPI, when you reach your drop.
Changes and cancellation
You can change the time or cancel a booking by calling or WhatsApping us with your booking ID. Please tell us as early as you can so we can reassign the driver. If a driver is already on the way to your pickup when you cancel, we may ask you to cover the actual distance driven.
Vehicles and passengers
- Cars are shown as "or similar"; the exact model may vary within the car class you booked.
- Please keep to the seats and luggage capacity of the car you booked.
- Smoking, alcohol and illegal items are not allowed in the car. You are responsible for any damage or cleaning caused by you or your group beyond normal use.
- Our drivers follow traffic rules and may refuse a request that is unsafe or unlawful.
Delays and liability
Travel times are estimates. Traffic, weather, road works, checkposts and events can cause delays that are outside our control, and we are not liable for losses from such delays. Our liability for any trip is limited to the fare paid for that trip, to the extent the law permits. Please keep your valuables with you; we are not responsible for items left in the car, but we will help you recover them where we can.
Permits and state borders
Trips that cross a state border need an inter-state permit. The charges are paid at actuals and the driver arranges them at the border.
Governing law and contact
